The bees collect our raw Bush Honey from a variety of trees in the native bush along the South Coast of New Zealand, right beside Fiordland National Park. They vary from Kamahi, Cabbage Tree, Manuka, Rata and others. Raw honey gets only filtered once, then packed straight into jars, naturally and delicious. This is a bucket of 4.5 kg of raw honey, filled to keep under the 5kg posting rate.
