Creamed Rata Honey

Rata honey is one of the finest honey's in New Zealand, a very subtle flavor, some describe it as buttery or even salty. Southern Rata only flowers about every four years and last summer we had a magnificent flowering on the South Coast. Our bees love the nectar from the flowers and produced this fine creamy and delicious honey, definitely worth a try!
