Hump Ridge Honey

This is the little brother to our 500g Hump Ridge Honey jar, perfect for a little treat or a gift. Our bees collect the honey for our Creamed Bush Honey from a variety of trees in the native bush along the South Coast of New Zealand, right next to the Hump Ridge Track. They vary from Kamahi, Cabbage Tree, Manuka, Rata and others. To get the nice creamy texture in the honey it gets filtered twice, then stirred with a fine grain rata honey starter for up to two weeks to stop it setting hard, nothing gets added, naturally healthy.
