This is an amazing honey produced right on the edge of one of New Zealand’s most beautiful places, Fiordland. This raw honey has been tested to NZ Manuka export standards and is independently tested as Manuka with a MGO of over 80. MGO stands for methylglyoxal, the naturally occurring compound that makes Manuka honey so special. It is measured in mg per kg of honey.
